1. Services Provided
We offer manifestation coaching services designed to support your personal growth and development. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on goal-setting and action-taking, not clinical care.
2. Payment and Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe under the merchant name "Manifest with Hailee"
- Payments are nonrefundable
- Rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice before scheduled sessions
- Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds
3. Disclaimer
"Coaching is not therapy. Results depend on your unique journey and commitment to the process. This service is for personal growth and development only."
4. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
